Have a 86 Honda Civic CRX SI with log book that has not been raced in 6 years. Has full cage with right side bars. Have gotten conflicting reports as to if a fuel cell is needed. The way I read the 07 GCR a fuel cell may be used not "must". Can anyone confirm if a cell is needed or not. Thanks
