Anyone know if a judgement has been made in the past about Skunk2 upper a-arms being legal?

Can anything be done within the rules? All the options I'm seeing invovle swapping to the OBD1 (larger case) ECU with an adapter, which I read as being not legal.

After reading the GCR, it would seem that an OBD1 conversion for OBD2 cars is not possible. Is this the correct interpetation? What's the best way to modify an OBD2 ECU if OBD1 conversion is not possible? Jeremy Lucas
