I'm having poor internet connections today and can't download the IT rulebook. Can I add 2 tow hooks/tie downs to the subframe of a miata? The car didn't come to me with factory tied owns in the rear and I'm looking for a better way. Any help is appreciated.

I have at my disposal a Momo Start seat that was manufactured in 2006 and meets the FIA 8599-1999 standard. It is a bottom mount seat and I'd like to try and fit it into my ITA Miata. Does an FIA seat ever become outdated?

Without revealing any personal or team secrets regarding spring rates, is there any particular range of spring rate that works well with the NA Miatas for ITA competition? I come from a SOLO back ground and what works well for me there may not in ITA. I'm just trying to get a little feedback...
