well, the gentleman that I got my information from has been successful in petitioning in several other cars through the Comp. Board. He told me the BEST CHANCE of getting the 300ZX in was to use the engine size. But he also said that he thought the chance was slim to none.

anyone know the flow rate of a STOCK E-31 head at 28" (vacuum)? how about the lift and duration of a STOCK 240Z cam? I've contacted some of the guys who used to prepare these engines years ago, but most of their records are put away.

the front tranny seal on my 240Z is lasting about one to two races before it starts to leak. (more than the ocassional drip) The shaft is smooth where it contacts the seal, no burrs or grooves. (I am using a Nissan dealer seal for the repairs) I have added and extra vent on the tranny, in case...

looking to install a steering wheel quick release hub on my '72 240Z. I want to install a spline type (not the hex) with the finger tip release ring and not a pin release. They seem to come in two sizes, 5/8" and 3/4". Which size fits the Datsun best? (since I'm sure its shaft is Metric)...
