A few months ago I had a engine melt a piston...is there any way to clean the inside of the oil cooler and make sure it gets completly clean?? And I mean without a doubt...I'm not willing to risk the new engine what so ever thanks...mdg. #19 omni B)

I know it's turbocharged....but where would the vw tdi golf be classified? Some specs I have seen...100 hp,149 ft. lbs.?? Weight similar to the gas version ?? Perhaps ITB ?? I'd even be happy to see it in ITA the first year,just to make sure it's not an overdog. What are your thoughts ???

I just noticed some cracks in the firewall Not good IMHO ! Anyone ever notice something like this before?? The engine is coming out later in the week....so I'll have time and room to fix.I don't currently use a strut bar,Do you think that will help or hurt the condition?? Also the car was in a...

A couple of weeks ago I was helping a friend move a disabled car...and then the rr wheel locked up...not good ....after inspecting I noticed the shoe material had seperated from the metal. It had wedged itself..up top and caused the problem. just a warning to all inspect your brakes!!ps. yes it...
