I have a 95 neon that I am converting from Spec Neon to ITA. When I got the car all the interior other than the dash and front door panels was removed. The GCR is a little unclear on this question, on a 4 door car are the rear door panels allowed to be removed?

Looking to buy a set of used rear struts. Recently blew out both of my original Arvins in my 95 ACR. I just bought the car this year and will be getting my licesnse in the spring, so add 1 more acr to the list. The car is currently set up under NASA Spec Neon rules.
