Does CFR allow none ECR classes (ITO/E) to enter ECR's in their region like NCR and Atlanta Region?

I am thinking about getting a Honda S2000 race car. Is this platform competitive in ITR?

The schedule is up and I think SEDiv is right on the money with its tweaks. More doubles is the way to go. The February Moroso sounds great and the July Road Atlanta now being a double is smart too.
