Wheels are 13X7" and the car weighs 2375 lbs with a locked rear end. Tire pressure to start with? Thanks...

In the process of looking for a new/used tow car(Suburban / Yukon) I have seen several 2003/2005 models with a data plate on the door jam with the tire pressure, etc, etc, that said that the truck was made in Mexico to American spec. Any thoughts on this? Any one else seen this. Would you buy...
