I ordered a set of delrin radiator/front engine subframe bushings. They are the 247-parts.com version. I can't figure out how to remove the old ones, and the Bentley manual says nothing about it. How do remove the old ones without destroying the metal insert/washer?

Hello guys, I'm new to the site and club racing. I have a quick question, is it legal (SCCA ITB rules) to convert a MK3 Golf from rear brake drums to discs? Is a MK3 GTI (or Golf Sport) more desirable than a regular Golf? Thanks, Edison
