I switched to 225 S05's at the last race. I ran 225 710s prior to that with no prob. They are on Team Dynamic 14x7s. I had to put 2 5mm spacers on each rear corner to prevent the S05's from rubbing the trailing arm. This has pushed them a little too far beyond the fender. I suppose the next...

I'm looking at either the Dewalt 14.4V DW054K-2 or the Makita 14.4V 6935FDWDE. I am leaning toward the Makita since it has a slightly larger trq rating 103 lb/ft vs 95 lb/ft and it's a Ni-MH battery vs the Dewalt's Ni-Cd. Has anyone had any experience with either?

When is the registration infomation going to be posted?

I'm getting a new header from Walt/Delta Group/OPM. I know they don't build them to be used with O2 sensors. What do I face if I don't use an O2 sensor? Is it not an issue since the engine is at wide open throttle most of the time and the ECU is in running in open loop?

How accurate is the scale at Road Atlanta? I've heard it is not that accurate despite it being calibrated regularly. I weighed my car and it said I was 3 lbs under the minimum. This is with me in it (160lbs), a half tank, and an unmodified driver's door. I haven't gone crazy with the weight...

What's a decent inexpensive place to stay that's close to the track?

What is everyone's opinion on the weight of oil to use? I'm trying to find a balance between performance and durability. I've been using Mobil 1 15W-50 and I think it's a little overkill even for Florida. I'm thinking of going with 10W-30($4.50/qt) or SAE30(race oil @ $10/qt) or maybe 5W-30.

What are the facilities like? Do they have garages like Homestead or is it open like Sebring? Anything in particular I should know? I've never been to Road Atlanta. Just a lot of computer game driving and watching in-car videos. Thanks and hope to see everyone there.
