    E30 325i spring rates

    What spring rates are people running on their E30 325's? I am running 500# in the front and 600# in the rear. Still getting quite a bit of roll.

    Looking for recommendations for a good cam for my 325i. I am running the larger AFM, Honed intake, and Stahl header and 4.10 gears. What is the popular grind out there? Thanks, Jeff
