Nevermind....I answered my own question.

Just wanted to clear up whether or not it's legal to relocate wiring, I seem to recall it is but can't find it specificly in the rules. I don't plan to remove anything not specificly allowed, just want to move it to a location that provides a safer/cleaner appearance. TIA!
