1985 mustang ITB car

it does not have a fuel sample port in it and the steering rack is brand new, but not ITB legal the front suspension, Herb Adams camber plates, new flaming river steering rack. Racer Walsh built motor, spare transmission, spare short block, full set of new Carbotech brake pads, Kirkey seat, Simpson CamLock harness, misc. spares (wires, cap, rotor, ignition module, etc.)
do you think its worth to buy or more hassle and matinance?

Im wondering....the 2.3 L engine you find in the Tempos are a totally different engine than in the Mustangs right? None of the parts are the same?

The HSC motor is actually derived from the straight 6 from the sixties. My first car was a 1984 Topaz and the thing would rev like a tractor.
