2006 Car Classifications

I thought about asking specifics, but thought this might be a thread that could continue beyond my initial question. I may actually be in the wrong group, but nothing else really made sense except for Vehicle Specific.

My question, has anyone heard anything more since the January Fastrack, about the 88-91 Honda Civic DX being reclassified from ITA to ITB?
