B Spec Rules Update?

Has anybody heard anything about an updated rules package for the B Spec Class? I know a team in Canada that wants to build a new Fiesta to these rules and is wondering what is going on and if the car is even going to be legal.

Does anybody have any information on the class or knows who I should contact for updates?

I love the fact that someone even considered posting the question on it.com - PROPS! and more so that he received a timely response... what is the world coming to?
 
Heck, I always come here for the straight facts and knowledgable conjecture on anything sedan based.
