What happened to the requirement that a new National class had to run as a Regional class for two years, and make certain participation numbers? Looks like that's only the case for some, and not others. While T3 isn't going to get their own run group at the '06 Runoffs, they will be a National class, as of 12/1/05. Just how many T3 cars are there actually out there??? So much for the 2-year waiting period and the participation level requirement.
