I know the Integra got 15 lbs of weight this year.
Did ITA CRX get the extra weight aswell?

Neither the Integra nor the CRX received any weight. Both cars went through the process in Feb of 2006 and should remain static.

What a shame the US goverment/manufactures didn't take this guy seriously a bunch of years ago, Japan did.

The 88-91 CRX went from 2140 to 2250 effective early in 2006. There hasn't been another weight change since that I know of.
