You cannot run a turbo in any of the nationally-recognized IT classes, so you will need to check with your local division/region to see if they allow it in ITE.
Depends on your region I think, I don't know that ITE is a national IT class. I know of one 280ZX Turbo that has run in ITE in the DC region. If not, look into whether they have a Super Production class.

SWDiv ITE rules limit turbo engines to 1.6l. Here you would have to run it in Super Production (SP). The key word being PRODUCTION. It would have to have a stronger roll cage, fire system (Not just an extinguiser a full fire system), and fuel cell as the minimum safety equipment.
