Relocating wiring

Just wanted to clear up whether or not it's legal to relocate wiring, I seem to recall it is but can't find it specificly in the rules. I don't plan to remove anything not specificly allowed, just want to move it to a location that provides a safer/cleaner appearance.

Many people have been known to roll up the portion of the harness they are not using and stow it in a suitable cavity along its original path. There are several add-on harness assemblies used by Honda, example, that may be completely removed. Remember the caveat-'If it doesn't say you can...then you can't.'
